A weekend in Pawikan Conservation Center

Amaya Cove partnered with TPBPM to do a mural in the Pawikan Center. It was such a fun weekend because even though I am working, it doesn’t feel work at all. Kuya AG and the rest of the Artists for Peace team lead the mural together with community volunteers.

We also had an art activity with the kids led by Ate Maureen, doing some bookmarks.

While other kids helped us picked-up some trash along the beach and painted the benches and gates.

Sheyna, Kat, and I slept on the beach in our tents as we watch the stars at night. It’s an amazing feeling waking up to the sound of the waves.
